They devote Chapter 11 entirely to Miller who lived in L.A.'s Silver Lake district. Moreover, that in quoting from Miller's biography (Hassan 185) they mention that his granddaughter, Robin Miller Sloan, is the first linear third-generation judge in the history of California.
